Statement

Our mission is to take people to the depths of their souls. To facilitate an energetic container of transformation, full of pure love, light and unity. To crack open every participant, on an authentic heart and soul level. To hold space for each of them to heal, let go and alchemise all that no longer serves them in the space. To facilitate and share all tools and resources in the highest and best way, so that with new wisdom and knowledge, each participant may gain deep insight and awareness of themselves and who they truly are so that they may step into their full potential of power and radiating light that they were born to emanate. To meet each participant where they are at in both shadow and light aspects, and hold them in love, compassion, full safety and support. To surrender to the consciousness energy of each retreat space, and to trust that every moment and essence of the retreat experience is exactly what is needed for each participant, facilitator and for unity consciousness as a whole. To allow the full awakening and opening of every participant to take place in their own timing, and in their own free will. To have no expectations, no judgement and to only step in to every moment of every retreat experience with the fullest trust and surrender to the outcome that is for the highest good in the highest light for all. To create a vibration and frequency of healing so HIGH - it ripples out into all timelines, all lives, all universes, dimensions and all space… an infinite expansion of ultimate healing and awakening of all pure consciousness.

You are held in the warmest of compassion as we hold you through all the shadows to come into the light. We offer you a space to be fully heard, seen and acknowledged in every way. Everything that we experience helps us to expand and evolve. The emotions that we feel from these experiences of the past and the present are the expression of our soul. Both Kate and Bel hold the space with absolute integrity to help bring you healing and understanding to all the things you are looking to release and receive on your retreat.

Soul Nurture Retreat Accomodation is second to none. Set in the heart of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, our accomodation is within the lush beauty and magic that nature has to offer. With tranquility and the opportunity to sit in solitude within the gardens of our Retreat space or take a walk with a sister or two - you will be in complete relaxation and rejuvenation mode. Our retreat space boasts a solar heated pool over looking the mountains, along with all rooms having their own private ensuite. We have an in-house chef to provide all daily freshly prepared vegan and gluten free meals. And all dietary requirements are fully catered for. Relax, unwind and breathe - this space is all about YOU

Full Immersion

At Soul Nurture Retreats - every Retreat is different, but every one shares the same thing - EPIC EXPERIENCES! We bring into our Retreat space some of the most magical immersive experiences for healing. This could range from Theta & Reiki, Breathwork, Yoga, Soundhealing, Shamanic drumming, Meditation, Sacred Plant Tools, Munay Ki & Creative Workshops. Each retreat will have its own individual agenda with modalities provided for the deepest & most immersive healing for you. Additionally, we make sure that during your retreat experience, you have plenty of time to integrate & just BE. This is all part of your Full Immersion & an important part of your healing space.
